Mrs. Demarest

About Mrs. Demarest

At Harmony Township School, Mrs. Demarest provides reading interventions to students in Kindergarten-5th grade under the Response to Intervention (RtI) model.  During this time, students work in small groups in her classroom to practice targeted skills. As a certified reading specialist and Wilson Dyslexia Practioner, she administers various reading assessments and conducts professional development trainings for staff members. In addition to RtI, Mrs. Demarest teaches gifted and talented to grades K-4 and facilitates the Battle of the Books Club for grades 3-6.
